I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience providing psychotherapy to adults, couples, and people with disabilities.
People come to therapy for many reasons—you may be struggling with anxiety or depression, experiencing grief, dealing with chronic illness or disability, or trying to rebuild trust in a relationship. My role is to partner with you in a respectful, trust-filled space where you feel genuinely heard and supported.
About
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Catholic University in 2005 and continuously engage in specialized clinical training to bring evidence-based, compassionate care to my practice.
I work with people, not rigid theories. After a thorough assessment, we will decide together on the methods and strategies that suit your unique goals. At the end of the day, I believe the most transformative part of therapy is the safe, healing relationship we cultivate together.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) serving clients across Washington D.C., I work with individuals and couples to build practical tools, heal past wounds, and create meaningful, lasting change.

More about me
In addition to my formal clinical training, I bring a deep commitment to disability-affirming care shaped by close work within disability communities.
I approach body identity, self-advocacy, and independence as complex, deeply personal territory, and I hold space for the full range of what that journey can include: joy, grief, frustration, and everything between.
I know how vital it is to have a therapist who understands disability realities without making them the sole explanation for every emotion or struggle a client experiences. I am passionate about helping clients with disabilities dismantle internalized negative messages, tap into their inherent strength, and live as fully and independently as possible in a world that wasn’t built with them in mind.
“I love my work and being a part of people’s journeys. I look forward to working with you.”
