As a person with a disability myself, I have had unique life experiences — both joyous and painful — around coming to terms with my own disability.  These experiences give me personal insight and empathy clients with disabilities.  I can help you learn healthy ways to live your life as independently as possible and explore the negative messages you hear from others and that you tell yourself about your disability. For more on my work with disabled clients: With couples, I'll work to help you learn to communicate in healthier ways, and to really listen to each other.  I don't take sides, I help you move out of blaming, and help you see what steps you can each take to move toward a happier relationship.
